Connect the video app
Connect Zoom or Google in CRM > Calendars > Connections (Google Meet comes with your Google connection).
CRM› Calendars› ConnectionsSet it as the location
Edit the calendar, open the location section (Staff & location, or Meeting location on some calendar types), and set the meeting location to Zoom or Google Meet.
