In Reputation settings, connect the profiles you want reviews on.

Write the text and email customers get. Keep it personal and short, and sign off with a real name.

Under Reputation > Requests, pick the customer and send.
Marketing› Reputation› RequestsOr send one after every job
Add a Send review request step to a workflow, for example after an appointment is marked showed or an invoice is paid. Ask Charlie if you'd like it set up and he'll pass it to Adam.

When it's done
Customers get a link straight to your review page, and new reviews show under Reputation.
