Start an invoice
Go to Commerce > Invoices & Estimates and create a new invoice.
Commerce› Invoices & EstimatesPick the customer and dates
Choose the contact, then check the invoice number, issue date and due date.
Add the work
Add products or services from your catalogue and adjust the price or quantity for this job.
Add GST and any discount
Add the GST tax line, and a discount if you're giving one.
Send it
Send by email or SMS. The customer gets a link to view and pay.
When it's done
The customer gets the invoice, pays from the link, and it shows as paid.
