How it decides
Round robin looks at everyone on the calendar, shows any time at least one person is free, and gives the booking to the next person in line. You can make it favour availability (whoever's free) or an even share (taking turns).
Create it
CRM > Calendars > Meeting Calendars > + New calendar > Round robin.
CRM› Calendars› Meeting CalendarsAdd the team
In the staff section, add each person and set their priority if some should get more.
Hours and rules
Set the hours customers can book and the booking rules (length, buffers, notice). Each person's own calendar conflicts still block their time.
Tell the person who got it
Notifications go to the assigned person by default. Check it in Advanced settings > Notifications & policies.
