Connect your accounts
Go to Marketing > Social Planner. Click + Connect on each network: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and also Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Google Business Profile and your Community. Use the admin login for each page.

The calendar and list of everything scheduled, posted and in draft. Click a day to create a post for that day, or drag a post to move it.
Create a post
Pick the accounts, write once, then tweak per channel if you need to (Instagram needs an image, Google posts suit a button). Add images or video, then post now, schedule, or save as a draft.

Your saved images, videos and drafts, so you're not hunting through your phone every time.
Bulk, evergreen, recurring and RSS
Upload a month of posts from a CSV, keep a library of evergreen posts that recycle on a schedule, set posts that repeat weekly, or post automatically from a blog's RSS feed.

Replies to your posts from all channels in one place, so you can answer without opening each app.

Reach, engagement and follower growth by channel and date range. Use it to see which posts are worth repeating.
Approvals and team
If someone else drafts your posts, turn on approvals in the planner's settings so nothing goes live until you say so.
Let someone else connect
If the person with the logins isn't you, click Send social connect invite and they connect the accounts from a link.
