Two leaderboards
Communities have a leaderboard where members earn points for posting, commenting and liking and move up levels. Affiliate Manager has a leaderboard of your top referrers. Both turn engagement into a game.
Community leaderboard
Go to Client Apps > Communities, open your group and open Leaderboard. Set the level names and the points needed for each.

In the group's settings, under Gamification & Rewards, unlock something at each level: a discount, a free session, early access.
Affiliate leaderboard
Marketing > Affiliate Manager shows your referrers ranked on the dashboard. Share the top three each month and thank them.
