Open your agent
Go to AI > Conversation AI and open the agent.

Describe the change in the editor's chat, or switch to the manual editor and edit the instructions yourself.
Test it
Click Test agent and ask it a few real questions your customers ask.
Check its mode and save
Make sure it's on the mode you want: Off, Suggestive (it drafts, you send) or Auto-Pilot. Then save.
When it's done
The agent answers the new way from its next conversation.
