What a webhook is
A webhook is a web address that receives data. The other app sends details (name, phone, what they did) to the address, and a revenu workflow starts with that data.
Data in
Create a workflow with the Inbound Webhook trigger. Copy the address it gives you into the other app's webhook settings, send a test, then map the fields (name, email, phone) in the Create or Update Contact action.
