Connect Facebook
Go to Settings > Integrations and connect Facebook.

Choose the Facebook Page and the Instagram account linked to it.
Marketing› Social PlannerStart a workflow from the form
In Automations > Workflows, add the trigger Facebook lead form submitted and select the page or form. Instagram ad leads come through the same trigger.
Automations› WorkflowsReply and test
Add your reply action, then send a test lead from Meta's lead ads testing tool.
When it's done
New Meta leads show up in Contacts within moments, and your workflow follows up.
