Find the calendar customers are using.

Inactive calendars don't take bookings. Use the status filter to find any that are switched off.
Run Troubleshoot calendar
Click the tools icon on the row. It checks the calendar and points out what is stopping times from showing.
Check hours and team
Edit the calendar and check the available hours, how far ahead people can book, and that the right team members are on it.
When it's done
The booking link shows open times again.
