Why it happens
Australian rules now require every local +61 number to be registered to a real business. The registration is called a regulatory bundle: your business name, ABN, address and an authorised person. A number with no bundle linked can stop sending and receiving, and can be taken back.
Check your number
Go to Settings > Communications > Phone System > Phone numbers. If a number shows a warning or the phone system asks for configuration, the bundle is missing or not linked.
Settings› Communications› Phone SystemSend revenu your details
revenu registers the bundle for you. Send support these, and we'll link it to every number on your account.
Email to supportHi revenu, please register a regulatory bundle for our number(s). Business legal name: ABN: Business address: Authorised person's name and role: Number(s):Test it
Once it's linked, call the number from your mobile and send a test text to yourself.
Your number is registered and working, and stays that way.
