Two options
Porting moves the number to revenu, so calls and texts on it run through your inbox, AI receptionist and missed call text back. Caller ID verification keeps the number with your current provider and only shows it when you call out from revenu. Texts can't come from a verified caller ID.
To port
Send revenu a recent bill from your current provider and the account holder's details. The port usually takes a few business days. Don't cancel your old service until the port is done.

Port requestHi revenu, we'd like to port our number to revenu. Number: Current provider: Account number with that provider: Account holder's name: Business legal name and ABN: I've attached a recent bill.Until it moves
Forward the old number to your revenu number so nothing's missed in the meantime.
Customers keep calling the number they know, and it all lands in revenu.
