Build the form
Go to Sites > Forms > Builder and create a form.
Sites› FormsAdd the fields
Add what you need and match each field to a contact field.
Add your notice and consent
Say what you'll use their details for, and add a separate tick box if you'll send them marketing.
Set what happens next
Choose the thank-you message or page, and who gets notified.
Copy it onto your site
Open Integrate and choose embed, share link or QR code. Copy the code onto your page.
When it's done
Enquiries from your site show up in Contacts, ready for your auto reply.
