Connect Google
In Marketing > Reputation > Settings, connect Google (and Facebook if you use it).

Go to Reputation > Reviews and filter by stars.
Marketing› Reputation› ReviewsReply to the good ones
Thank them by name and mention the job. Short is fine.
Good reviewThanks so much, [name]. Glad the [job] came up well. Shout if you need anything else.Reply to a bad one calmly
Don't argue in public. Acknowledge it, take it offline, and leave out any personal details.
Bad reviewThanks for letting us know, [name]. That's not the experience we want for anyone. I'd like to make it right, please call me on [number] or reply to the email we sent.Optional: let AI draft replies
Under Reputation > Settings > Reviews AI, set up an agent with your tone. Keep it on Suggestive so you approve every reply, especially bad ones.
When it's done
Every review gets a reply, and a bad one shows people you look after customers.
