Create a class calendar
Go to CRM > Calendars > Meeting Calendars, create a calendar and choose the class booking type.

Set the number of seats per session, the class length and when classes run.
Share it
Share the booking link. People see how many spots are left, and the slot closes when it fills.
When it's done
Classes fill themselves and never overbook.
