Start a campaign
Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns and create a new one.
Marketing› Emails› CampaignsBuild or choose the email
Start from a template or your brand's design. Lead with one thing you want them to do.
Pick who gets it
Choose a tag or smart list of customers who've opted in. Leave out anyone marked do not disturb.
CRM› Contacts› Smart ListsCheck the footer
Make sure your business name, contact details and an unsubscribe link are in the email.
Send a test, then send or schedule
Send yourself a test first. Then choose Send now or Schedule.
When it's done
The campaign goes out and its opens and clicks show under the campaign's stats.
