Why it matters
Nothing annoys a customer more than 'just following up' after they've booked. Workflows can stop on their own when the customer acts.
Stop on reply
Open the workflow, go to its Settings and turn on Stop on response. Any reply ends their run.
Automations› WorkflowsStop when they book
Add a Goal Event step for Appointment booked (or opportunity won, or invoice paid). When it happens, the contact jumps to the goal and skips the rest.
Remove them from other sequences
In your booking workflow, add Remove from Workflow for the nurture sequences, so every chase stops at once.
Follow-ups stop the second a customer engages.
