It's still a draft
A workflow only runs when it's Published. Check the switch at the top and save.
Check Enrollment History
Open the workflow's Enrollment History. If the contact is listed, the trigger worked and the problem is in a later step. If they're not listed, it's the trigger or its filters.
A filter doesn't match
Trigger filters must match exactly: the right form, the right calendar, the right pipeline and stage. If you have two forms with the same name, make sure you picked the one on your live page.
Surveys need the survey trigger
Form Submitted doesn't fire for surveys. Use Survey Submitted.
They already went through
By default someone can only enter once. Turn on Allow Re-entry in the workflow's Settings if they should go through again (another booking, a reschedule, a status change).
Bookings you made yourself
Filters like 'modified by customer' or a status of New skip bookings staff make. Widen the filter or remove it.
Opportunity triggers
Opportunity Created only fires when it's made. To act when a deal moves, use Pipeline Stage Changed and pick both the pipeline and the stage.
Messages at the wrong time
Waits and send windows use your business time zone. Check it in Settings > Business Profile.
Settings› Business ProfileThe contact is on DND
Messages to a contact on Do Not Disturb are skipped. Check the contact.
Still stuck
Ask Charlie with the workflow name and the contact, and we'll look.
Your workflow fires, and you know where to look next time.
