Open your number
Go to Settings > Communications > Phone System and open your number's Edit Configuration.

Switch on Call Recording.
Turn on the disclosure message
Switch on the message that tells callers the call is recorded. Something like:
DisclosureThanks for calling [business]. Calls are recorded for quality and training.Test it
Save, then make a test call and check you hear the message.
When it's done
Calls are recorded and every caller hears the notice first.
