How matching works
When a form, booking or import comes in, revenu looks for an existing contact with the same email, then the same phone. If it finds one, it updates that contact instead of making a new one. Couples or families sharing an email or phone end up as one contact.
Imports always merge
Importing a CSV updates matching contacts. Check your file for shared emails before you import.
If you need them separate
Give each person their own email or phone, or ask revenu to change your duplicate settings so matching works the way you need.
