Start the import
Go to CRM > Contacts and click Import Contacts.
CRM› ContactsChoose what you're importing
Pick contacts only, or contacts with opportunities.
Upload and choose new or update
Upload the CSV and choose whether to add new contacts or update ones you already have. Updates match on contact ID, then email, then phone.
Match the columns
Map each column to a field. Skip any you don't need.
Confirm and import
Confirm you have permission to contact these people, then start the import.
Check the results
Under Bulk Actions you can see how it went and download any rows that failed.
When it's done
Your customers are in Contacts, ready to message, book and invoice.
