In CRM > Contacts > Smart Lists, filter to past customers who agreed to hear from you and haven't booked in a while.

From the Smart List, start an AI campaign. Your AI agent texts each person and handles the replies. Ask Charlie to have it switched on first.
Test on yourself, then launch
Send it to your own number first. Then schedule it, or drip it out over a few days.
When it's done
Past customers hear from you, and replies come into Conversations.
