Create the agent
Go to AI > Conversation AI and create an agent. Guided is quickest: pick General Q&A or Appointment Booking and a brand voice.

Attach your knowledge base, and set its goals: book appointments, collect details, hand over to a human.
Make the chat widget
Go to Sites > Chat Widget > New > Live Chat. Style it to match your site, then pick your agent on the Agent tab and save.

Click Get Code and paste it into your website's tracking code, or choose the widget in your site's settings if revenu built it.
Switch it on
On the agent, tick the Live Chat channel and set the mode. Start on Suggestive (it drafts, you send) for a week, then Auto-Pilot.
Visitors get answers and book in, even at 11pm.
