What the dashboard is for
It's your Monday morning view: leads in, bookings, money won, how fast you reply. It only helps if it shows your numbers, so trim it to the few that matter.
Make your own dashboard
Click + New next to the dashboard name to make a fresh one, or use the dashboard switcher to move between them. Keep the default and make one called Weekly.
Dashboard2 See it on the App mapEdit and add widgets
Click Edit dashboard, then add widgets: opportunity status and value, conversion rate, funnel, appointments, lead sources, calls, reviews. Drag to arrange and resize, then save.
Filter each widget
Each widget has its own settings button: pick the pipeline, calendar or user it reports on.
Pick the date range
Use the date picker at the top (last 7 days, last 30 days, custom). Every widget follows it.
Ask for the summary
Click Dashboard summary for an AI read of what's up, what's down and what to look at.
